Service Fees
Service fees are clearly communicated before any work begins. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and popular payment apps. Payment must be received before services are rendered.
Embassy Fees
Visa fees charged by embassies/consulates are separate from our service fees and are non-refundable regardless of application outcome.
Refunds
Service fees may be refunded in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Embassy/visa fees are never refundable.

We provide assistance with visa applications, but final approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy/consulate.
Processing Times
Processing times are estimates and may vary based on embassy workload, application complexity, and external factors.
Service Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

VisaOnTrip provides visa consultation services but does not guarantee visa approval. We are not responsible for:
- Decisions made by embassies or consulates
- Delays caused by embassy processing
- Loss or rejection of documents
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Force majeure events
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

All content, designs, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of VisaOnTrip and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Portuguese data protection laws.
9. Termination

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
